The Contributer aims to create value for all stakeholders in his/her life. Creating Value means making a positive difference, a tangible impact, a specific contribution to any situation. They are result-focused and the result is measured in terms of "value created". 1. Contributors focus on the "value" of a product or a service. 2. Contributors focus on what they have learnt from the experience . 3. Contributors focus on the "value" of doing the right things on right time. 4. Contributors focus on how goods / things will be valuable for others.

Just as Einsteinian science demands that the relativity of the frames of reference be included in the object studie d , so the combined action of Marxism, Freudianism and structuralism demands, in literature, the relativization of writer, reader and observer (critic). Over against the traditional notion of the work , for long – and still – conceived of in a, so to speak, Newtonian way, there is now the requirement of a new object, obtained by the sliding or overturning of former categories. That object is the Text .
