CPD: Focus on Value
The Contributer aims to create value for all stakeholders in his/her life.
Creating Value means making a positive difference, a tangible impact, a specific contribution to any situation.
They are result-focused and the result is measured in terms of "value created".
1. Contributors focus on the "value" of a product or a service.
2. Contributors focus on what they have learnt from the experience.
3. Contributors focus on the "value" of doing the right things on right time.
4. Contributors focus on how goods / things will be valuable for others.
